Questions, answered
How does a mobile visit work?
Pick a day from the route and a time. The barber arrives with the chair and tools, sets up where you choose, cuts, cleans up and takes payment.
What does the barber need at my place?
A solid chair, good light and an outlet within reach. A clear patch of floor helps, and a drop cloth works if the floor is carpet.
Do you take walk-ins?
No. Every visit is by appointment, so the barber knows where to be.
Can you cut my hair type?
Waves, coils, curls, twists and straight hair. Tell the barber how you wear it.
How long does a cut take?
A fade is 40 to 60 minutes, a scissor cut 40, a lineup 15 and a kids' cut 30. Every service shows its time on the menu.
Can the whole household book on one stop?
Yes. Book each person for their own time and the barber cuts them back to back.
Do you cut kids' hair?
Yes, ages 12 and under, booked as a kid's cut. A parent or another adult stays in the room.
How do groups and events work?
Offices, parties and events book a group day with a quote agreed before the date. See the group page for how a day runs.
What if I need to cancel?
Tell us at least 24 hours ahead to cancel or move your time. There is no deposit to book.
How does tipping work?
Tips go to the barber, in cash or on the card reader at the end of the visit.
